Mortgage Payment Table
Formulas copied and pasted into new cells do not yield results at all (see cell E8): or are not calculating automatically based upon what should be the new reference cells unless the cursor is...

Activate the Formulas tab of the ribbon.
Make sure that Calculation Options in the Calculation group is set to Automatic.
Also make sure that there is no message "Circular References" in the status bar at the bottom of the Excel window.

- I know this is an old thread, but I thought I could share my 2 cents to help (if someone still needs help here). Have you checked to make sure the cell formatting is correct? Sometimes that can cause issues with formulas. Also, have you heard of the Florida closing cost calculator?
