Money in Excel Cant update Transactions

Hi all, I have a trial that gets me access to Money in Excel, unfortunately, I cannot update my banking info. As soon as I click the blue Update button it says "Something went wrong on our end"

Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so how do you get past it?

Also, If a Microsoft Representative knows how long Money in Excel is looking to be supported/updated that would be a great help too.
