Missing outlook vba on mac

Hey, i've just created my 365 account and I'm trying to make a macro to open (I'm on mac) with Excel my outlook app. However, when I'm on VBA, when i go to - - > Tools - - > references, I can't find the outlook 16.00 library reference in order to open the app with the macro. Each of my Microsoft app got the latest version so that is not the problem.

But i really need to do this macro and I did not find any answer on the web.
