missing from Excel online

Can anyone confirm this?

Excel online lacks the following standard features of the desktop version:

1. Page Layout

2. View/Zoom

I'm an Excel student at a community college, and my assignment includes these two instructions:

1. Save a specified sheet in landscape orientation

2. Save a specified sheet at 130% zoom
