Migrated from Laptop to Computer - Excel Chart Size Appearing Microscopic compared to Computer View

My work currently operates on 2016.  I was recently migrated from a desktop to a laptop.  This change has resulted in my Excel Charts font appearing like font size 6 but font is set to 48 or 60.  I have matched my screen resolution to a coworkers and still had no luck in correcting the size issue.  The view settings are all grayed out with the charts and can not be adjusted.  I have attached screenshots of how the view is appearing my laptop for reference.
