Microsoft perpetual calendar in a graph

I used the prebuilt perpetual calendar and added some numbers to each day. 
Can I add the dates to the x axis and the numbers to the y axis of a graph?

    Which calendar would that be? Can you upload the file or share a link to it on your Onedrive, Dropbox or similar?

        Johan_44 Am on English Excel and don't find this one in the template list. Can't find it on-line either. Can you send it to me via Direct Message? I speak Swedish so that won't be a problem.
