Microsoft excel language problem

Hello. I have wanted to change my language to english and started download but because of bad internet connection I had to close it by force (task manager) and after one day I have tried to download again and it gave me this error (reading in english:  Language package can not applyed. Office has an another  upgrade. please wait for a moment and try to add your language again. (something like that)) what should I do?
