Microsoft Excel for Mac version 16.33 unable to add note
Running Microsoft Excel for Mac version 16.33 and there is no "New Note" option on the right-click menu. There is also no "New Note" option on the "Review" tab. Any ideas?

But you may first want to have a look at "Excel preferences", "Toolbars & ribbon". Select the Review tab and then the cog-wheel at the bottom (see picture). See if "Reset selected Ribbon tab only" can be pressed (mine is greyed out). Perhaps this will resolve the problem. If it doesn't help, you may want to try the solution in the above link.
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, my "Reset selected ribbons tab only" is also greyed out.
When I attempt to run the macro on VBE published in the link, I get the following:

You may want to try resetting all customisations. No guarantees though. Can't tell why the macro doesn't work. This goes beyond my area of expertise. Sorry.
