Microsoft Bookings - Availability not showing

Hi there,

I have created a shared booking page in Microsoft Bookings and set up custom availability so that appointments are only available on specific days and times over a two-week period. I have also set General availability to “Not bookable,” as I only need certain time slots to appear.

However, when I access the booking link, not all of the dates and times I configured are showing on the page. I have double-checked that the time zones are correct and that the availability settings on both the booking page and the staff profiles match exactly. Despite this, some days and times are still missing.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

It is missing whole days (such as 19th March and 26th March), as well as times...)

  • In Microsoft Bookings, custom availability may not display as expected when higher-level configuration settings override service-specific schedules. Even if general availability is set to “Not bookable,” Bookings applies a hierarchy that can suppress entire days or time slots if conflicts exist with staff calendars, business hours, or service-level rules.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. However, I have already set up all availability and played around with this 'Not Bookable' vs 'Custom' vs 'Staffed Hours'... There are only select days and times that are missing, such as 5.15pm on a Thursday. or a whole Thursday night missing the following week randomly, even though availability captures all these times on the business level, staffed level and in the service availability
