Microsoft 365 Freezing

Microsoft 365 freezes/lags on MacBook Pro (M1 Pro Chip). Mainly occurs in Excel, but also expediting issues in Outlook. Freezes/lags, slow to respond. Recurring issue every 1-2 min for 10-15 sec of downtime. 

Any solutions?!
