merging two sheets

=VLOOKUP(A2, 'Sheet 2'!$A$2:$Z$1000, 2, FALSE)

 

Fill down.

    Thanks Hans. I'm not getting this to work but this might be because I don't quite understand it. However, I've asked my son to explain it to me slowly and in simple words !
