merging different versions of excel files

Hello excel community

I have one concern, if i have one original file for example File 1, This file i distribute it via email to other people & they put their input in it

how to merge their input to my original file (keeping my original content & just adding the new content by others)," inquiry" addin shows only changes but i cant extract changes, also "compare & merge "(old tool used before, it works only if file is shared via network)

any suggestion? am using at work office 2010
