Merging Data from Multiple Worksheets into Single with Non-Matching Headers
Hello,
I am collecting a large amount of data from multiple sources with inconsistent data reporting (i.e. naming conventions/etc.). In order to preserve the main source formatting, for the purpose of copying and pasting future data with ease, I have created three separate worksheets in the Master Data file (attached) named "Concrete Qty_(PC-IE)", "Cocrete Qty (Tekla)", and "Steel Qty". I've watched and read a few tutorials on Get and Transform in the Power Query which seems like the best way to merge all this data into a single worksheet, titled "Master Data_Layout Test1", but am having troubles executing this. I'd like to take the raw, inconsistent data then merge it and format into a more easily digestible format to review First off, is it possible to simply combining all these data into a single worksheet with varying column headers? The final intent is to be able to analyze all this data for trends/etc.
Thank you for the help.
