how to divide a full table by a fixed number?
Enter the fixed number in an empty cell.
Copy this cell.
Select the target table.
Right-click in the selection, then select Paste Special... from the context menu.
Select Divide, then click OK.
Finally, clear the cell in which you entered the fixed number.
