matrice regarding another cell

Hello,

I was looking about "matrice" or any formula, but too much complicate for me.

I've  4 words possible in A column     

I'm looking for:

For each  column A   if value is   PDR ,    the name at his right must

be display in   C10   and  for another  PDR  display in  C11 and so on.

And if C10 to C20 can be sorted, it will be so good.
