Matching Column C with D

I am trying to match Column C with D.

Data in Column D is fixed.

Data in Column C can be moved up or down, or deleted if no match is found in Column D.

Matching values should end in the same row, remember, values in Column D are fixed. Please see Rows 1 to 300, I did these manually.

I am tired of doing it manually, I have over a million records to match in 100 files. Please suggest faster way of doing it.

    Hi,Max-NC 

    During my short time with the community I have learned to appreciate the amazing power of Vlookup.  Explaining it is harder than doing it - the formula is there - play around with it.  Curious if there is even a better way?  Thanks!
