match or vlookup #N/A
when using simple match or vlookup functions of a value which is a percent (or fractions), for example 16% or 0.16, in an array clearly contains that value, i still get #N/A result.
of course, when i use numbers, it is ok

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
I think i have diagnosed the problem, the array in which the desired value supposed to be found is not values, it based on formulas. When i copy paste the array cells as values, the desited value is magically found. I define this as bug, it is a fact that when the array contains numbers larger then one, the formulas in the arrey don't matter, and i get good result
