Maps Belgium

Hi,    I want to create a map using the map-feature in Excel.   The map would be of Belgium, but then focused on cities. When I want to create it, the map only shows Belgium, but doesn't show the...

Look at my file, it recognized 2 of the 3 locations and I guess it mapped the third one. Sorry I'm not much familiar with the Belgium map

    This makes me think that my version doesn't support this feature ... I have the following version: 

     

    Could that be the problem?
