Map Chart - Two Cities Not Available (Turkey)

Hi there,

Two cities in Turkey (Duzce & Batman) cannot be seen in map chart. Whatever I tried, I couldn't find a solution. 

BTW, local Microsoft representative Metin_U (https://answers.microsoft.com/tr-tr/profile/7c0e6624-9300-4112-a004-a62bf4f50590) referred this subject to here.

I'd be glad if we find a solution ASAP.
