Mail Merge Help
Hello, I am new to this community and a novice user. I hope this question will make sense and hope someone can help me with what may be a very basic challenge I am facing. I am trying to create an Excel file that I can merge into Word to print calendar labels with due dates and 30, 60 and 90 day reminders ahead of that date. Here is an example: Event 1 - May 27; Event 1 - May 27 minus 30 days; Event 1 May 21 minus 60 days; Event 1 - May 21 minus 90 days. This wound fill one row on a sheet of 4 column labels. Then, on row 2, Event 2 - (due date); Event 2 - due date minus 30; and so on. Event 3 - due date, etc. etc.
Can someone get me started in the right direction, or refer me to a source for help with this please? I apologize if this seems very basic, but just can't find a good source to get quite what I am looking for.
Thank you very much!
Tim

Is the attached file suitable for you? You can do it by simply DueDate-30.
By the way, I am not sure if mail merge can do some kind of calculation so that you need not to produce the 4 columns in excel.
Hope that it is helpful to you.
