Mail merge and filter

Hi.  I have to mail merge from excel. Have filtered column J in first worksheet of document to show only zero days. Copied and pasted this  to another tab. So when i return to first worksheet i  want to merge the information left in column J ie  days greater than zero.  How do i do this?
