Macro for production plan

I'm creating a simple production plan which will have initials in a certain row to determine which member of staff will be doing the work. I have created a Macro button for each member of staff for them to push, to see what work they need to do.

What I need is a macro that does this:

Column AF contains initials (LS for example), so take any rows with that initial and dump it into a new sheet in date order. Column J will contain the date for each line. either the full row if it's easier, or at least columns B to AH.

Row 9 will be the first line for the macro to look at, and the last will be row 38 if that matters.

Once I have a template I can amend the initials on each to suit.
