Mac Excel option shortcuts
I have two devices where I use Excel, and recently I noticed on my school device that ribbon shortcuts have appears whenever the Option key is pressed (running Excel 16.86). However this is not showing up on my work laptop running on the save version.
Any ideas how I can enable this to show up on my work device as well?

Insert row/column: ⌘ + +
Delete row/column: ⌘ + -
Save: ⌘ + S
Undo: ⌘ + Z
2. Data editing shortcuts
Fill Down: ⌘ + D
Fill Right: ⌘ + R
Quick Sum: ⌘ + ⇧ + T
Activate Filter: ⌘ + ⇧ + F
3. Cell Formatting Shortcuts
Bold: ⌘ + B
Italicize: ⌘ + I
Underline: ⌘ + U
Format Brush: ⌘ + ⇧ + C (copy formatting) / ⌘ + ⇧ + V (paste formatting)
4. Navigation Shortcuts
Jump to cell A1: ⌘ + ↑
Move to end of sheet: ⌘ + ↓
Switch worksheet: ⌘ + PgUp / ⌘ + PgDn
5. Other useful shortcuts
New workbook: ⌘ + N
Print: ⌘ + P
Find: ⌘ + F
Replace: ⌘ + H
