Is there a way to convert lowercase to initial uppercase in Excel?

You need to use the https://support.office.com/en-us/article/PROPER-function-52A5A283-E8B2-49BE-8506-B2887B889F94 function:
=PROPER(A1)
If you have a localized version of Excel in the Swedish language, I think the PROPER function called https://support.office.com/sv-se/article/funktionen-initial-52a5a283-e8b2-49be-8506-b2887b889f94?ui=sv-SE&rs=sv-SE&ad=SE in this version.

- Sure, use the upper() function, eg =upper(A1)
But that changes everything, right? Now, nothing seems to work on my Swedish setup.
