lost documents

I have lost all of my documents that I had on Excel. HELP!!!!!

    Hello!

    Are you using Excel through an O365 subscription? If so it could be in the delete bin folder. Also try the recycle bin.
    There might be a chance that Excel kept previous versions as well if the most up to date copies are gone.

      I went to open my paper on my iPhone 8 to read and I think I accidentally deleted the entire text. Is there a possible recovery or troubleshooting I can do? Thank you for your time."
