losing formatting when save and re-open

Hi I got an issue for excel sheet always losing formatting. When i save and re-open then formatting will different it consuming a lot of time to re-arrange back to correct format. I had using shared workbook function for this excel about 5 users are using it.

 

4 users using O365 

1 user using MS2010

 

This issue happen every weeks 4-5 times. I got no idea on this issue. Please find the attached file. you can see the difference format at both.
