Lookup multiple values using multiple values

I need to perform a lookup using two value data sets in file 1. One which is a date value in column “A” and the other is a receipt number in column “B.” I need to find the values of column “A” and ”B” from file 1 in file 2 in columns “A” and “B”. Also a date and a receipt number value. If both values match in both files I need the data from file 2 columns “A” through “P”. If they do not match exactly populate the cell in file 1 as not found.
