If I understand correctly, you want to have the "Department" in the extracted report. Use xlookup: =XLOOKUP(B2,[Master.xlsx]Sheet1!$B:$B,[Master.xlsx]Sheet1!$C:$C)
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
