Let's say you have company name in A2 on the second sheet.
For the address:
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2, 'First Sheet'!$A$2:$C$1000, 2, FALSE), "")
For city/state/zip:
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2, 'First Sheet'!$A$2:$C$1000, 3, FALSE), "")
These formulas can be filled down.
