Look up and color fill cells identified when conditions are met

New excel user. Im using Excel on my daily tabulations of 3digit lotto results on each cell which may include double or tripple digit from 0 to 9 ( ex: 022, 777 ). Datus now on constant 31 rows and up column ff on continuous input of 3 digit each cell. At any single time, I need to look up 6 sets of 3 digit cell combinations into which I need to color fill cells that met conditions upon command criteria. Example: Lookup and color fill cells containing in any order, 247 yellow, 076 green, 288 blue, 193 orange, 555 violet, 657 red. Please help me make command formulation.
