Locking a Sheet in Place?

Afraid that's not possible. Perhaps the goal is not to keep "Change to Backdrop" always visible, but quickly select it without scrolling. Some workaround could be right click menu on arrow or Navigation pane.

Thank you for your reply. I did manage to locate a response relating to using a macro to get back the main sheet in a multi sheet workbook which is somewhat helpful. I am surprised that this hasn't been an added feature for Excel as there have been a few people looking to do the same thing.
