Linking Sheets

Good Afternoon,

My dilemma. I have over 30 roster sheets. I need to create a master sheet from those rosters sheets. Once that is done, I would like to update my roster sheets, and those updates will automatically be  reflected unto the Master sheet.

Any help will do please.
