You linked to a file which is on a temporary location. Best is to download the file to a fixed folder. Then you can link to that file in that folder. If you want to refresh, you can download the file again to the same folder using the same filename. Another option is to have the file on your OneDrive and then link to it from the OneDrive folder on your computer.
