"Legal" paper size is not listed as an option on my MS Excel, or Word

Try this:
- Open Windows Settings and find Printers
- Click on "Print server properties"
- In this dialog, you can add Legal (if it isn't there):
- Now open your printer to see if it is available to choose from.

- JKPieterseAug 30, 2024Silver ContributorIf you press the windows key and type cmd, there should be a link to start in admin mode. Click that. Then if the cmd window opens, enter this command:
rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /s /t1
now you should have full rights to changing the paper sizes on the Form tab.
