Keeping a link live in a workbook when using the FILTER function. HELP!!

Hi All,&nbsp;I am trying to keep a link live when using the FILTER function but when the information is transferred to to a separate tab the link no longer stays live. So far could suggest only to add helper spill to the right of filtered data with
=HYPERLINK( INDEX( A2#, 0, 15) )
Links work, the only they are not formatted as links.
