Iusing IF formula
I'll try to be as brief as possible...I've gotten this far the top line reads the min of the three lines below it. The name of the company reads the match for the min amount. For each of the companies I have breakdown of their pricing and want to have their specific pricing where the #REF is showing, I am thinking and if, then type formula but can't figure out the structure. PS I can't use the min formula because even though a Contractor may have an over all low number his breakdowns may not necessarily be the low item. Here is what I was trying =IF(B10=B11,F11)=IF(B10=B12,F12)=IF(B10=B13,F13)

It seems that you want to display the details for the lowest bidder on row 5. Since you already identified which company that is through B5 and C5, I believe you can enter the formula below in F5
=VLOOKUP($B$5,$B$6:$N$8,COLUMN()-1,0).... and copy it across to N5.

Aside from the logic of each, please manually enter your expected results in the specific cells where you need the proper formula.

Please attach your sample Excel file with manually entered results and the logic of each.
