Issue with pivot tables from data model

I have noticed lately an issue with excel the pivot tables don't update from the data model.
data model refreshes data from external sources like SQL correctly but the changes don't reflect on the pivot tables in the sheet, despite refreshing many times.
note: enable background refresh is disabled for all the queries

    Hi,

    do you maybe have a sheet protection activated on the sheets with the pivot tables that do not refresh?

      thanks for your reply

      I have already checked for that ,there are no protections

      the weird thing is that the same sheet was working good but lately this issue happened without me changing any thing

        Do you understand correctly that's only PivotTable doesn't return update information, but if to check data model, e.g. in Power Pivot, queries update data model itself?

         

        Or nothing is updated, includes data in data model?
