I have this issue, where, if I copy a cell, and paste on the filtered rows, the paste happens on all the rows and not only the selected row. This happens specifically when the range is in a Table. ...
If feasible, consider unfiltering the table first, pasting your values, and then reapplying the filter. While this isn't the most efficient solution, it guarantees that you're only pasting where you intend.
