Issue with Excel

Hi there

The only thing that springs to mind is if you have merged cells (e.g. Cells B2 to B6 are merged into one cell) where this effect you are seeing might be a result of it.

Maybe try:

1. Click onto the cell (where multiple cells are highlighted).
2. Go into the Home tab menu, under Alignment, see if Merge & Center is active (dark grey).
3. If you find the cells are merged, you can click onto Merge & Center to unmerge them.

If not the solution, maybe upload a sample file to let us see what the issue is and maybe we can assist in fixing it?
