Issue with automate tab and script option

Hi everyone, 

I have an issue with Excel Online, 

first, I can't see the "Automate tab", and I can't find how to activate it.

I also can't use the script option, when I search for it, it's in grey and I can't click on it. But I think macro are activated in the system... I'm trying to record script in excel online because when I record it with the application I can't see the script in Power Automate.
