Is there a way to retrieve a deleted worksheet from a saved workbook?

Unfortunately, I saved the file with the same name before I realized what I had done and have no backup.  I have looked in trash, checked restore unsaved files, went to info, manage versions and check all recent files to be sure.  I always understood there was no way to restore a worksheet once the workbook was saved if there is no backup but wanted to double check, thank you all!
