Is it possible to indent text within a spreadsheet cell?
For example by changing cell boundaries. Thank you.

Excel isn't a Word processor :). Though, you can Indent with:
With your sample, select cells with a., b.,...f. and click the above icon (you can click several times)

Another standard approach is to use 2 or 3 narrow columns and inset the text simply by placing it in the adjacent column. Naturally the View would be set to hide Gridlines.
