Is Data from Web safe?

Hi guys

 

I wanted to make a connection to a website, so i can get the real time numbers in my excel file. But i wonder, since I'm connecting my Laptop with an online Website, if this Methode is safe from hackers. I don't know about i, so it would be nice if anyone could inform me about this 🙂

    When you're connecting to data on the web via From Web in the Get & Transform Group, you are not required to enter anything other than the url of the website you want to import. So, it's safe to get data from the web. In addition, I will advice you have anti-virus on your laptop which can handle any potential threat
