inventory tracking please help
Hello everyone I am trying to track flower sold at a smoke shop. We are selling THCA flower (cannabis), we order by lbs and sell by gram. I am really am looking for something to help me prevent theft and track my inventory correctly. I am having multiple issues if can anyone help? I have attached the file I made. If anyone has experience with Excel or inventory tracking systems, I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to improve my Excel file. Feel free to provide feedback on the current structure or propose alternative approaches to better track inventory and sales. So basically the operations work like this: We will order flower by the pound for each tier (bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond) and it comes in periodically throughout the month, we will also sell the shake(leftover from each tier flower) together. We sell each tier in 5 different weights. 2 gram, 3.5 gram, 7 gram, 14 gram, and 28gram(1 ounce). I have a POS system that tracks the individual qty sales of each flower tier and size, it just does not track it together for the weight. Please ask any questions as I may have not covered everything.
