integrating alphabetic lists

Hi, can someone help me figure out how to insert a new list of names and data into a pre-existing list of names and data, alphabetically?

Could you add to the bottom and then sort the list?

Jazzmama Can you just add them at the end as new rows, then re-sort alphabetically afterwards? The new rows should just sort into the list among the existing rows at that point.
