Inserting rows in middle of sheet

Hi - I am trying to create a simple worksheet which I was able to do on previous versions of excel. Now when I try to insert a row above or below and exisitng row I am told that it cannot be done bec...

When you delete rows, you need to make sure to really delete the whole row and not only the contect. You should do it like this:

If that doesn't work, is it possible to send the file?
