inserting excel template in existing workbook

Microsoft 365, Version 2102

Windows 10 (home), Version 2004

 

Since updating to Microsoft 365 I can no longer insert a personal template into an existing workbook. Please help. 

(I used to be able to right-click and click insert template)

    What kind of template are you referring to? My Excel has never had an "Insert Template" item on the right-click menu, perhaps you were using an add-in?
