Input problem 000,1 instead of 1

Hello 

I have two MacBooks with same Microsoft Office for Mac 

Excel is installed op both.

When I fill in 1 , in one it gives 000,1 the second give just 1

Country and Region settings are the same in both Laptops 

Please when you know a solutions please let me know
