In excel sheet: How to upload image in a cell. The cell retrieve a shred link for this image

I have created a Macro button in a cell, when the sheet user click on the button it will browse his local PC and choose the image, then the image will appear on the cell right next to it.

I want the user when he chooses the image the cell (the cell that the image appears in it) retrieve a sharable link for this image in the cell (meaning that I will give in the background a user and password for GDrive-as an example for sharable drive- . And this will be a one time action)
