Importing XML files, missing columns

Hi all,

I'm having trouble importing XML files to Excel. I need to import 684 XML files into one. Each File represents a Network Equipment Inventory. So I have 3 different types of NE's, which each one of them as different number of columns. (10/12/13)

So when I merge them, there's always missing one or two columns.

Anyone can tell me if there's a way to import all files and not missing any columns in the final file?
